On booking, a confirmation and tax invoice will be emailed to you. Please check the information carefully and advise of any changes immediately.
An SMS reminder will be sent to your mobile phone approx. 24 hours before we are due to pick you up. If the details are incorrect, please contact our office urgently.
Payment must be received in full prior to transfer, or a current VISA/Mastercard number given. Cash and cheques will be accepted only by prior arrangement.
In addition to the standard fare, surcharges apply for:
After hours transfers between 10pm and 6am: $30 per booking
Portside/Brisbane CBD: $15 per booking.
Changes to bookings:
24 hours notice is required for changes in bookings. Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate last minute changes, other bookings may not always permit this. In this case, any refund will be at the discretion of management.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. Less than 24 hours notice may be refunded at the discretion of management.
We do not guarantee a private transfer unless you have requested same, and paid the maximum fare payable in the appropriate zone for your booking. We reserve the right to combine bookings when necessary.
Pick up times:
We ask that you be ready 10 minutes earlier than your nominated pickup time. Please have your mobile phone switched on and handy should we need to contact you on our way.
We recommend being at the airport 1 hour prior to Domestic departures, and 3 hours for International departures.
Airlink Transfers will not be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. In the event of an unforseen circumstance, we will do our utmost to make the best possible arrangements to minimize inconvenience to our passengers.
We expect you will have no more than the luggage allowable as specified by your airline. Please let us know if you have extra, or oversized items like surfboards, bikes etc. Should you require a luggage trailer, please advise on booking. Airlink Transfers accepts no liability for lost or damage luggage.
We both convertible car seats and boosters for your little ones and supply these at no charge. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking.
Please advise if you require assistance with your luggage, or if we need to arrange a wheelchair once at the airport.
Your driver will meet you at your baggage carousel for Domestic flights, or outside customs near the Coffee Club for International arrivals. Look for a sign with your name displayed. Please have your mobile phone switched on. If you are not able to locate your driver within 15 minutes, phone our office on +61 7 5485 1134 (office hours) or +61 448 881 970 (after hours).
